Web Embed
Sharing your agent on the web is like handing someone a business card with a single link on it — they tap it, a chat window opens, and they're talking to your agent in seconds. There's no app to install and no account to create; you just share the link and anyone can start chatting.

Before you start
- A completed agent in the Agent Control Panel (at least the Profile step saved)
Step-by-step
- Open your agent in the Agent Control Panel
- Click the Channels node
- Select Web from the Web section
- Click Create Web Export
- A public link is generated — copy it and share it
Anyone who opens the link can chat with your agent in a clean, branded interface.

The link works the same everywhere — on a phone, a tablet, or a computer. You can paste it into one place or many; everyone who opens it talks to the same agent.
Where to use the link
- Landing pages — Share the link on your website as a "Chat with us" button
- Email signatures — Include the link so recipients can start a conversation
- Social media — Post the link on your profiles
- Internal tools — Share with team members for quick access to an AI assistant
What your agent can do
| Capability | Supported |
|---|---|
| Respond to messages | ✓ |
| Send text messages | ✓ |
| Send images | ✓ |
| Send files | ✓ |
| Send audio | ✓ |
Managing your export
- Copy link: Get the shareable link anytime from the export settings
- Remove: Deactivate the web export. The link stops working immediately
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| The link shows an error or a blank page | Make sure the web export is still active — if you removed it, the link stops working immediately. Create a new export to get a fresh link |
| The agent doesn't reply | Confirm the agent is saved and published. An agent that's still a draft won't respond on the link |
| You want to stop sharing | Remove the web export from the Channels panel. The old link will no longer open the chat |
| The link looks broken when pasted | Make sure you copied the whole link. Some apps cut long links short — paste it as a button or hyperlink instead of plain text |
What's next
Want your agent to live on a specific channel instead of a standalone link? Connect it to WhatsApp so customers can message it from their phones.
