LinkedIn (Organization)
Instead of following these steps manually, you can use the AI Credential Assistant — describe what you want to connect and the AI will walk you through the setup step by step, tailored to your account.
Overview
Connect a LinkedIn company Page to Nirvai so agents can publish content as the organization. Posts and shared articles appear on the company Page feed under the company name — not your personal profile.
Personal vs. Organization
LinkedIn has two separate connections, and they are not interchangeable:
- LinkedIn (Organization) — this page. Publishes as a company Page (
urn:li:organization). - LinkedIn (Personal) — publishes as your member profile (
urn:li:person).
The credential is locked at connect time to whichever account you pick, so connecting the wrong variant posts to the wrong account. Choose Organization if you want content to appear on your company Page.
What you can do
- Publish text posts as the company Page
- Share articles and links as the company Page
Before you start
- You must be an admin of the LinkedIn company Page you want to connect. If you administer no Page, there is nothing to connect.
Connect it
LinkedIn connects through LinkedIn's official sign-in — Nirvai never sees your password.
- In Nirvai, add a LinkedIn (Organization) credential and click Connect LinkedIn. LinkedIn's official sign-in page opens.
- Sign in on LinkedIn and authorize Nirvai.
- When you return, pick the company Page you administer — tools will publish as the organization.
- Confirm. The company Page is now connected.
