Setup Instructions​

Step 1: Access Gong API Settings​

  1. Log in to Gong
  2. You must be a technical administrator

Step 2: Generate API Credentials​

  1. Go to Gong API Page
  2. Create an Access Key
  3. Copy both the Access Key and Access Key Secret

Step 3: Add to Nirvai​

  1. In Nirvai, go to Credentials
  2. Select Gong API
  3. Enter your:
    • Access Key (as username)
    • Access Key Secret (as password)
    • Base URL (default: https://api.gong.io)
  4. Save the credential
