Connect your Dropbox account to Nirvai to automate cloud file storage and sharing workflows and integrate with your agents.

Prerequisites​

  • A Dropbox account
  • API credentials from your Dropbox dashboard

Setup Instructions​

Step 1: Get Your API Credentials​

  1. Log in to your Dropbox account
  2. Navigate to Settings → API / Developer section
  3. Create a new API key or application
  4. Copy the credentials (API key, token, or client credentials)

Step 2: Configure in Nirvai​

  1. Go to Credentials in Nirvai
  2. Click Add Credential and select Dropbox
  3. Paste your API credentials
  4. Click Save

Troubleshooting​

Authentication Errors​

  • Verify your API key is correct and active
  • Check that your account has the required permissions
  • Ensure you're using the correct authentication method

Rate Limiting​

  • Dropbox may have API rate limits
  • Space out your requests if you encounter 429 errors
