Overview​

Connect your ActiveCampaign account to Nirvai to automate contact management, email campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.

Supported Authentication Methods​

  • API Key (with API URL)

Prerequisites​

  • An ActiveCampaign account
  • Access to Settings > Developer in your ActiveCampaign dashboard

Setup Instructions​

API Key Authentication​

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click the gear icon to open Settings
  3. Navigate to Developer
  4. Copy your API URL (e.g., https://youraccountname.api-us1.com)
  5. Copy your API Key
  6. In Nirvai:
    • Enter the API URL in the "API URL" field
    • Enter the API Key in the "API Key" field

Important Notes​

  • The API URL is unique to your account and includes your account name
  • Keep your API key secure and never share it publicly
  • You can regenerate your API key if compromised (previous key will be invalidated)

Troubleshooting​

Common Issues​

  • Invalid API URL: Ensure the URL format is https://youraccountname.api-us1.com (replace youraccountname with your actual account name)
  • Authentication failed: Verify both API URL and API Key are copied correctly without extra spaces
