Overview​

Connect your Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) account to Nirvai to automate email campaigns, contact management, and marketing automation workflows.

Supported Authentication Methods​

Prerequisites​

  • A Brevo account
  • Access to the Brevo developer settings

Setup Instructions​

API Key Authentication​

  1. Log into your Brevo account
  2. Navigate to your account settings
  3. Go to SMTP & API section
  4. Click on API Keys tab
  5. Click Generate a new API key (or copy an existing one)
  6. Give your key a name (e.g., "Nirvai Integration")
  7. Copy the API key
  8. In Nirvai, paste the API key in the "API Key" field

Important Notes​

  • Brevo was formerly known as Sendinblue - the API remains the same
  • API keys provide full access to your account - store them securely
  • You can create multiple API keys for different integrations

Troubleshooting​

Common Issues​

  • Invalid API key: Ensure the key is copied correctly without extra spaces
  • Permission denied: Check that your Brevo plan includes API access
  • Rate limiting: Brevo has API rate limits - check their documentation for details
