Connect your ConvertKit account to Nirvai to automate subscriber management, email sequences, and creator-focused email marketing workflows.

Supported Authentication Methods​

  • API Key (API Secret)

Prerequisites​

  • A ConvertKit account
  • Access to Account Settings

Setup Instructions​

API Key Authentication​

  1. Log into your ConvertKit account
  2. Go to Account Settings (click your profile avatar)
  3. Navigate to Advanced tab
  4. Find the API Secret section
  5. Copy your API Secret
  6. In Nirvai, paste the API Secret in the "API Key" field

Important Notes​

  • ConvertKit uses api_secret as a query parameter for authentication
  • The API Secret provides full access to your account - keep it secure
  • You can find both API Key and API Secret in the Advanced settings, but Nirvai uses the API Secret

Troubleshooting​

Common Issues​

  • Authentication failed: Make sure you're using the API Secret, not the API Key
  • Access denied: Verify your ConvertKit plan includes API access
