Connect your Microsoft Teams account to Nirvai to automate team collaboration, messaging, and channel management workflows.

Prerequisites
- A Microsoft 365 account with Teams access
- Appropriate Teams permissions
Setup Instructions
Option 1: OAuth2 (Recommended)
- In Nirvai, go to Credentials > Add Credential
- Select Microsoft Teams OAuth2
- Click Authorize
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Review and accept the requested permissions:
- Send channel messages
- Read and write chats
- Read team information
- You'll be redirected back to Nirvai with your credential saved
Permissions Requested
- ChannelMessage.Send: Send messages to channels
- Chat.ReadWrite: Read and write chat messages
- Team.ReadBasic.All: Read basic team info
- Channel.ReadBasic.All: Read channel info

- Manage channel memberships
Important Notes
- Some permissions require admin consent
- Works with Microsoft 365 Business/Enterprise accounts
- Personal Microsoft accounts have limited Teams features
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- Admin Consent Required: Contact your Microsoft 365 admin
- Permission Denied: Verify you have Teams access
- Invalid Token: Re-authorize the connection
