Connect your Clockify account to Nirvai to automate time tracking, project management, and team productivity workflows.

Prerequisites​

  • A Clockify account
  • Access to Profile Settings

Setup Instructions​

API Key Authentication​

  1. Log into your Clockify account
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner
  3. Select Profile Settings
  4. Scroll down to find the API section
  5. Your API Key is displayed there - click to copy it
  6. In Nirvai, paste the API key in the "API Key" field

Important Notes​

  • The API key is displayed directly in your profile settings
  • Each user has their own unique API key
  • The API key provides access to all workspaces you're a member of
  • You can regenerate your API key if needed (old key will stop working)

Troubleshooting​

Common Issues​

  • Invalid API key: Ensure the key is copied correctly without extra spaces
  • Access denied to workspace: Verify you have proper permissions in the workspace
  • API key not visible: Make sure you're logged in and on the Profile Settings page
