Home and the Assistant

How to use Home and the Nirvai Revenue Assistant — conversations and history, what to ask, the chat cards, drafts, Approve and Activate, and what each role can do.

The Assistant is like an implementation lead who lives inside the app: you ask for things in your own words and it builds, explains and shows you, but the important decisions stay yours. Home is where you talk to it and see what needs your attention.

Home

Home opens with a greeting and one sentence with what matters today, for example «9 people need someone · 2 visits today». Below it:

  • The box to write to the Assistant, with 3 or 4 suggestions based on what is happening in your account.
  • Needs attention: whatever is waiting for someone on your team, such as a lead who asked to talk to a person or a connection with an error. Each row has one action. When there is nothing, it says «All good».
  • Getting started (until go-live): a bar with «5 of 7 ready» and the next steps, each with Do it with the assistant.
  • Your recent conversations and the latest news.

In a new account, the main button is Build my funnel with the assistant.

Conversations and History

Every conversation with the Assistant is kept, like in a chat app. On the left of Home is the list: New conversation, a search box and your conversations grouped into Today, Yesterday, This week and Earlier. You can rename or archive them. On a phone, the list sits behind Conversations.

From any other screen, ⌘J opens the Assistant on top of what you are looking at. There you have Full screen to move to Home and History to go back to an earlier conversation.

When a task takes a while, you will see «Working · …» with the current step. If something fails, Retry appears.

What to ask

Examples from Inmobiliaria Cumbres:

  • «Connect my WhatsApp.»
  • «Create a Persona that speaks formally and doesn't talk about prices.»
  • «Add a reminder the day before every visit.»
  • «Which leads from this week haven't replied? What do they have in common?»
  • «How did we do this month?»
  • «What's the difference between Approve and Activate?» — it also answers how the app works, from these docs and with the link.

The Assistant already knows your company: what you sell, your website and your funnels. You don't need to repeat it.

The chat cards

Instead of links or long lists, the Assistant shows you cards inside the conversation.

CardWhat you seeWhat you do
ConnectThe service's logo, its name and a status dotPress Conectar con Meta (or the service's button). When the dot turns green, the Assistant carries on by itself
OpenOne row with the right screenOpen takes you there and the Assistant stays at hand
LeadsUp to 8 leads with their stage and last activityOne click opens the lead's record; See all N opens the full list
ReportThe period's numbers, one per rowYou read it and ask whatever you like
Before and afterYour funnel before and after, and the list of changesThe owner presses Aprobar (Approve); an admin can press Corregir (Fix)
ActivationWho will be contacted, on which channels and from whenYou press Activar (Activate)

Drafts, Approve and Activate

  • Whatever changes the structure goes into a draft. Above the chat you will see «Your draft #3 · 5 changes».
  • Approve publishes the draft. Everything is ready, but a new Job stays paused.
  • Activate puts it to work, after showing you who it will contact.
  • Simple settings, like an hour range, apply right away and can be undone with Undo.

What each role can do

RoleWith the Assistant
ownerEverything. The only one who presses Approve
adminAsks for changes and builds drafts; the owner approves them. Can Activate
sellerAsks about their own leads. Doesn't change the funnel and only sees their own conversations
NirvaiYour implementer: works with you during implementation and marks the go-live. Everything it does is logged

What the Assistant never does on its own

  • Approve your draft.
  • Activate a Job.
  • Write to real leads without you: its tests only reach your own number.
  • Ask you for keys or passwords in the chat: those go into the connection's guided steps.
